Can you send in the Form 4 while the can is in route from dealer to dealer? If you have all the info, serial #, etc. Can you file the form 4 with the dealer its being transferred to?

Myself, i prefer it be onsite. You send it in and @#$%^ something happened, that suppressor is lost, OR once received it's the wrong one.
