Exemption for wildlife in conflict with people
In addition to the authority granted in subsection 33-6-107(9) C.R.S. to take wildlife causing damage; any person, members of their family, or their agents may, without securing licenses to do so, take:

To tree huggers... :D
Nah, they weren't offensive to anyone here. Basically, some were not aware that the section of CRS existed.

It was legit folks!
I invite several members here out to my property, as well as my neighbors 1,500 acres, to help rid myself and my neighbor of these furry little critters, as well as the PDOGS. I am well aware of the laws and make sure they are followed, etc.!
I do think it is cool that everyone looks out for members here though! I have met some great people from this site and enjoy having the groups of folks come out to help me save crops, gardens, etc.
Randy...I still wish I had seen the shot as it happened, LOL! The aftermath was awesome!
We've dispatched 14 of the furry rats so far this year just off the back patio. Thankfully, no prairie rats in the yard thus far.
Where abouts are these pest control functions? I just moved to Hudson last year and haven't met too many of the neighbors yet.

I live out 120th after it turns to dirt. I have a group of shooters that are members here that come out to shoot PDOGS and the occasional rabbit when they are being a PITA. I have to pop them regularly to keep them out of my fargin garden.
