Reddit is kinda like a forum that tons of people are on that has a different format than here. It is also exponentially larger than most all forums out there. It is not hard for people to create sub forums of forums and what not. Its a hoot to get into. It will suck away tons of your life, but its fun and you can learn something depending on what you are looking at. I found a train wreck (Brony that broke a glass rod in his wiener) of a topic on there today that made me cringe. There are forums of trainwreck garbage that is there to make you cringe and wish Darwin did a better job.

The forum for firearms is not bad. Just don't expect Reddit to be civil. Its the wild west of what ever.

Well like all things in life, it depends on how you spend your time. I can go into the DIY boards and learn a lot of good things on there. But yeah... totally, the net can be a big life suck too.

Sorry I meant to get back and respond. I immediately thought of Ridge when I saw the coozie haha.

I usually only browse reddit when I've got downtime at the office but they have a decent mountain biking section(reddit.com/r/mtb) that's always interesting to check out.

The EDC subreddit is kinda cool to check out too... reddit.com/r/edc

The only problem I have with reddit, it's like that weird part of the internet... some subreddits are cool (funny is always great for a laugh, guns is awesome, and the politics isn't 100% full of libtards), but if you browse too much you can run into some really weird shit (My little pony- for all of Ridge's friends to hang out!). Although the tasteful pics of beautiful women in /r/gentlemenboners (the name is ridiculous) are nice to browse when you're killing time.
