Hi all... [Wave]
I'm brand new here, just dropping in to say hello. I will be moving to Colorado soon with the wife & kids. In fact, we just learned that we were coming to your great state this afternoon. We will be in the Aurora area, and have just barely scratched the surface of real estate, geography of the area, schools for the kids, and the like.
Peace, and many blessings to you all!
Chap

Safe travels to your new home Colorado. There are a lot to do here, but I think you'll see that for yourself.
Welcome and enjoy! [Beer]

Welcome to the site and Colorado, grab all the 15+ magazines that you can before you move here.
There are a few foreclosed properties in my area of Aurora if you are thinking of saving a few bucks on houses.

Welcome to the board and have a safe trip out!
Being from Baltimore and working in DC, I have spent a fair amount of time in Frederick. Nice town, even if it has become a suburb of DC. Have you ever eaten at Family Meal at 9th and East? Had lunch there a few weeks ago.
PM me when you get to Aurora, I work near I-70 and Chambers. Lunch is on me.
Be safe.

Welcome, being that you are on this site, it is reasonable to assume you are a good guy... please vet all family you bring with you outside your own household.. J/J kind of joking.

That is a good suggestion. I should pick up an extra jar before heading out of town. Thanks!

Family Meal looks like a neat place, but I've never been. They opened it during the year I was deployed, I think. My usual places are Five Guys for a burger, Chick-fil-A when I'm with the kids, and Barley & Hops on 355 when a brew is in order. I understand there is a great brewing tradition in the Denver area, so I'm looking forward to that.

Yah! What this guy said!
You will LOVE Colorado. :) Welcome!
Prepare yourselves for a few nosebleeds, drink MUCH more water than you're used to, and know that when you're winded going up and down stairs that it's the altitude and you're not out of shape. We arrived here from Odenton, and we have never looked back.
