Not sure what it's been doing in other parts- although I'd be curious to see what it's like further East...
Driving home hit rain... then really heavy rain... then on my road pulling up to the house hit hail. Had to run in with a 6 pack through about an inch of standing water next to where I park and wow, it's been crazy for about 30 min! And there is a damn river running through the back yard and on the golf course!

I'm not sure exactly what happened, but the road near 82nd & Indiana was closed this morning and I got detoured on my way to work at 5:45am. I did hear/see a near simultaneous crash/flash last night that shook the whole house and made both dogs get up with a WTF look on their faces. My co-worker said that there was a bunch of debris on the road, so I imagine a big cottonwood got taken out by the road on 82nd/Leyden road.
