Has fail written all over it.
I've taken lots of pictures at lots of classes... never been that dumb.
Darwin award runner up.
Whomever is leading that clusterfuck should be fired/stripped of their credentials. For every participant, they should be admonished and retrained before being allowed to possess their firearm. I wouldn't want any one of those dumb MF around me - EVER.
Isn't that part of the same video where the photog was on top of the berms in a shoot house?
This video can be explained as a repost; several times over.

Yah. The photographer could have gotten a better angle if he would have held the target in his hands!

Nothing new for me to add; you all are hitting the nail on the head (or the photographer between the eyes). It violates practically every tenant of firearms safety out there.
While it's definitely a repost, perhaps it's a great reminder of how dangerously stupid some folks can be. Everyone from the organizers to the photographer to the shooters deserve responsibility for this situation. However, ultimately, it's the shooters responsibility to be safe and choose to not draw their firearm or shoot if this situation exists. Had the photographer been shot, the person who pulled the trigger would be in the shit the deepest.

+ side he didn't flinch !!!
I think this shows why the producers of "American Rifleman" always puts "Remote Camera" at the bottom of any shot taken from in front of the muzzle. I always thought my reaction was typical, since it was "Well, why label that, since only an idiot would stand in front of a gun." Sadly, I guess some people do know that remote cameras and mirrors are the only thing downrange.
I would cringe to see how this guy would get a direct on muzzle shot, when the gun goes off..... hint, use a mirror.

Tripod + Remote Release FTW.
I've bought guns that were cheaper than the Manfrotto that I couldn't afford. Apprentices and interns are cheaper.
J/K, and the guy who turned uprange with his Grock in Full Sabrina also needs to be slapped. Once he's re-holstered, that is.
