I've got two uppers...

1 is a 16 inch RRA flattop with a M4ish looking barrel - but HEAVY under the handguards.

2 is a Colt A1 upper with a real M4-barrel on it.

I want to swap the barrels, but don't have the tools or know-how to do it.

Any gunsmiths that can do the job CORRECTLY without trying to get a house- payment out of me?

Also, anybody who can thread/rethread a couple of rifles I have to accomodate a muzzle brake.

The last time I tried to get one of the barrels threaded, the gunsmithhad it FIVE WEEKS, and when I just dropped in to check on it, said he hadn't had time to get the barrel to the guy who REALLY threaded it... So I got it back without the work done. Worse that Gander Mountain - 8 weeks to glue a new buttpad on, and they still hadn't done it.

(((sigh)))

PM or email, email works better
