I drive around the hood and it appears as the houses that were up for rent have been rented out. I did see a couple for sale though. I'm off 92nd & Sheridan.

Ex gf was living in a three bedroom ranch with a full basement hat had another bedroom, and a rec room. Modest backyard and single car garage for an even 1K. It was a nice little coldesac with neighboring houses that had acreage for horses and chickens tucked away just off of 6th and Sheridan. If you don't mind sharing a Safeway with some illegals, you can find some killer homes hidden in Little Mexico.

On that note, I work on 72nd and Federal and there is solid real estate here, as well. It's all a matter of who you want as neighbors.
