This saddens me that it is even going to a jury. I can only hope the jury does the right thing.

I wonder how many of those people he turned over more than once?

Its gotta be a couple at least.

I wonder if he would hire me to come and work on his ranch? I could ride shotgun! That is of course if the ranch isnt given to "you know who" because he hurt "their" feelings.

Of course this case wasn't dismissed. This guy is doing the right thing where our government can't/won't. I'm 100% behind this guy!

How did it ever start that non-citizens started getting protections and rights under the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES (you know, the document whose heart, soul, and words were written for citizens) ~ beyond just basis human rights? These people are criminals as soon as they step across the border illegally. Given the severity of the problem (so damned many of them coming across) and the resultant harm they do to our nation (economic, criminal, social), they need to be identified as they really are: Enemies of the United States and thus recieve the same "protections" that any other enemy of our country receives; immediate arrest, incarceration followed (promptly) by deportation.

I wonder who his jury will be, a bunch of libs who cater to illegals.
He's just another small speed bump like the BP and Ice agents they have prosecuted latey.

I say add these along the border [M2] and see who makes it across then.

But who will do the jobs americans wont do for $1 a bushel. I say the legal aliens with work visa's, thats who.

Seriously though, if we dont support the defense for people stuck in these situations, we are just letting the libs take our country from us and once they have it, there is no getting it back.
