There's been a lot of commentary that the new same-day voter registration law could result in massive voter fraud in the recall election.

If this is the case, is like to propose the following plan to shine sunlight on how bad the law is.

Someone, preferably from outside of Morse's district takes a small video camera. Go to a polling place, register as a new voter and acquire ballot. Keep the ballot and go to the next polling place, register again, keep the ballot. Repeat this process at each polling place. (It's important that the ballots are kept and not submitted.)

Upload the video to YouTube demonstrating how easy it was to register in multiple places, and how easy it would be to commit voter fraud.

Then send links of the video to Breitbart, Fox News, local news, gazette, etc.

And then get sent to jail for committing voter fraud.

Not if he lives in SD 11. We don't need hit vote thrown out because of it.

I'm surprised this hasn't been done already. (D) voter fraud has been occurring for years.

I love a plan that encourages everyone to start committing crimes (and videotaping it) to show how easy it is to commit crimes.

P.S. It isn't voter fraud until you vote, you are describing voter registration fraud

They were talking about this on KOA this morning with John Caldera. As long as you have an intention to live in the district at the time you register to vote, and vote, then you are not breaking the law and committing voter fraud. Say after a day or so of house hunter, you decide to change your intent to move, you still have not broken the law or committed voter fraud. And how could they prove or disprove your intent to live in a district?

They also talked about how to register as someone else, say your neighbor who would be out of town for an election. As long as they don't cast a ballot, election officials would no be the wiser. Unintended consequences of same day voter registration and elimination of precincts.

They even mentioned that dems in degetts district could vote in Coffmans and swing the election.

It`s the intent of the law. Dems don`t care if Julio and Maria just swam across last night, as long as they vote Dem! This shit has be going on for a long time..anyone think unctuous people like DeGette, Bob Menendez, or Bob Gutierrez care anything about the "integrity" of the vote? The P.O.S. Hickenlooper`s employee killed a cop.. Fox 31 runs a story every night about chicken!
