http://www.xtremebullets.com/223-55gr-FMJ-p/xj223-55fmj-b0500.htm

55gr 223 jacketed for $49.99 per 500 shipped. Best deal around that I could find.

eta: And they have 242 boxes of 500 in stock ready to ship. My bullets are usually shipped within 2-3 days from order.

e-eta: Just saw you wanted HPBT. These are for FMJ's... sorry!

I'm impressed with them, but then again they are my first 223 bullets I've ever loaded with. Through my rifle (M&P15) that has never been all that accurate even with a scope/bipod and shooting offhand (more supported than just off-hand, but not as stable as from a bipod), I was getting about 1" groups at 50yds. I have yet to load up a bunch for more tests, only did some ladder loads for charge testing.

But like you said, for the price, they'll do just fine!
