Do you mean Turquoise Lake perhaps? I don't know of a "Crystal Lake" up there, and the only hit I can find is the little neighborhood on River rd, which I'm pretty sure isn't a camping area.

If you're camping around Turquoise, it's super scenic, but very much "Hilton" camping. There will probably be more than a few RV's with triple digit price tags, and nearly silent generators running 24/7, up there. Nevertheless, for a family it's a great place to camp, even in tents. Lot's of beautiful views, fishing, biking, hiking, etc.
