Maybe it was promoted prior to mod approval. OR the OP/ inst. didn't have the the quals for doing one ?? There's always a Pm to a mod for clarification.
[Mod: Bingo!]
You don't need to shoot in the dark anyways. All the bad stuff usually happens during daylight hours.

There have been a couple of threads that have disappeared from this forum. I'm not at all sure what the criteria is for having a post stay/go.
I did notice that it was that person's only post at the time. That probably had something to do with it.

Per the ccw forum if something does happen at night you'll at least have a streetlight so you can see :D
[MOD: Edited. No soliciting without prior approval!]
Jesse has tried to post his classes but the mods, for reasons unknown, keep deleting/not allowing his posts. I'm sure this post will be deleted shortly. Anywho. Look him up.

Cause it's your first post. Should be doing something other than promoting a class. Like GD interaction.
Not my first post. Other was deleted. And I'm generally speaking. not one for random banter. " best to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool rather than open it and remove all doubt."

It's clearly stated in the site rules:
x. No commercial ads, threads, or posts allowed anywhere on the site without staff approval.
Additionally, I sent Jesse the following PM so he knows EXACTLY why the posts are getting deleted (I KNOW HE READ IT TOO!):
Jesse,
While we're thrilled to have new members with such passion for firearms, particularly those with a background such as yours, we insist on maintaining a well organized site. As a former Law Enforcement Officer, I'm sure this is something you can appreciate. In fact, the individual who referred you to this site is likely an LEO and the founder of this site.
As such, I have removed your post in the Site Rules Read & Acknowledgement thread (http://www.ar-15.co/threads/33477-**NEW**-RULES-Must-Read-and-acknowledge-BEFORE-posting-in-the-Trading-Post). No place in your post did you acknowledge reading the rules. In fact, your post was more of an un-authorized solicitation for your business which is clearly identified in the rules you should have read. We also have a mandatory 30 probationary period for all new members.
I encourage you to introduce yourself (without solicitation for Umbrella Tactics) in our New Member Sign In (http://www.ar-15.co/forums/97-New-Member-Sign-In) forum. Once you've been an active member of the site for 30 days you will be free to request approval from the staff to post information about the training you offer. Please note that you must receive approval for any commercial posting PRIOR to making the posting. At that time you can also request to be added to the wait list to become one of our Industry Partners.
In the mean time, please take the time to read our full site Terms & Conditions (http://www.ar-15.co/faq.php?faq=tos#faq_tandc), and also the first post in the "RULES: Must Read, and acknowledge BEFORE posting in the Trading Post (http://www.ar-15.co/threads/33477-**NEW**-RULES-Must-Read-and-acknowledge-BEFORE-posting-in-the-Trading-Post)" thread (whereupon you can then honestly post an acknowledgement in that thread).
- Your friendly COAR15 Staff
It doesn't get any clearer than that.
I inaccurately assumed that our site's founder had turned Jesse on to this site as he's recently attended training. I was wrong and now know it was you.
Your post was deleted because it was a solicitation for his business, not simply a feedback critique. If you want to post an honest critique, please do but don't advertise. We hold ALL members to the same standard and if we allowed an exception for him - even via you posting an ad for his business, the Staff would be labeled as hypocrites and we'd lose all credibility.
I'll advise you as I advised Jsse: Read the site Terms & Conditions (http://www.ar-15.co/faq.php?faq=tos) (aka "rules") and know what is not acceptable. Comfortable with banter or not, I'll also recommend that you take a moment to introduce yourself to the rest of the site in the New Member Sign In (http://www.ar-15.co/forums/97-New-Member-Sign-In) forum as well. Folks are a lot more comfortable dealing with others who've taken the time to introduce themselves - this is especially important for business owners.
If either you or Jesse have any further questions on this matter, please direct them to me via a PM; we try to keep the dirty laundry out of the public eye.
I'm very interested in night training, so can someone at least PM the info to me or let me know Jesse's user ID so that I can contact him directly?
