A third string quarterback is cut from a team. This shouldn't be news worthy.

When the 90 million dollar man is in a wheel chair, Tebow will look pretty good. Besides we don't have anyone who can catch and or hang on to the ball, why do we need an expensive QB?

He didn't have a strong enough arrest record to be on the patriots!

See I don't get that ...

this is the same Tebow that started half way thru a LOSING season and won how many in a row for Denver..and went to the playoffs.

I'm a Bears fan so I could never really rooted for the guy .. but the rooting against him confuses me.

And yet.. it is. I predicted this shit the day he was signed when all the Tebow bag swingers were going on and on about how he's the next Tom Brady. Bwahahaha! If the guy who drafted him along with the greatest football scheme genius of all time don't want him... that should tell you all you need to know. Now maybe we can move on to talking about REAL football players. Sheesh.

Really? I'm no Patriots fan but they run a pretty tight ship. Tighter than most NFL teams actually. They don't gloat, brag or talk much to the media. They hold everyone accountable from the bottom of that organization to the top and when this shit went down with Hernandez the owner didn't hesitate to cut him w/o even a conviction. This move cost him millions personally and drew attention from the player's union but he stuck to his guns and I have to give credit where credit is due. You can say a lot about the Pats but that isn't one of them.

Those games were won by the defense suddenly showing up and the fact that Prater can kick almost to the NFL record longest field goal. Any other kicker on that team and 3 wins turn to losses, probably 4. Maybe Timmy boy inspired the D somehow, but it wasn't his passer rating of 50ish that won those games. If he would agree to be a TE and practice his routes and catching he'd probably find a job, he's a great athlete and a decent guy on and off the field, but he isn't a NFL QB.

We have a QB who's already won the big game once and he's been there twice. We have two WR's that are in the top 10 of the league.. Oh.. Wait a second.. Make that 3 WR's in the top 10 after the addition Of Wes Welker. After 6 games into the season we are going to have the best defensive player in the league back on the field.

And oh by the way, the guy running the show lead his team to the big game 5 times and won it twice.

Tebow has been cut by 3 franchises, 2 of which are among the top of the best run franchises in the league. If he's really that good there's no reason he's going to be applying for unemployment on Tuesday.

Say what you will about Hernandez and the patriots but at least they show up for their court dates!

Also....welker did not want to leave NE. He was forced out by management but wanted to stay. I hope the broncos do well honestly. Why? Because I am tired of hearing everyone talk about Elway. The dude retired like 13 years ago! Let it go already!:)

The funny part is I was actually hoping he would do well in the NFL because he seemed like a nice guy. Then, when Denver reached WAY too high to draft him I was really pulling for him. I hated Orton and his complete lack of passion when playing the game. That's one thing that Tebow did was inspire players around him to play to their ability where Orton just inspired them to collect a paycheck. Unfortunately, that & luck will only get you so far in this league and it appears as though that was round two of the playoffs. My disdain for the guy stems purely and completely from the over exposure of the guy when he has deserved none of it. I just wanted to hear about real football on my usual ESPN shows and I was stuck listening to discussion about this no-talent ass-clown the entire time instead. Jogs in the rain shirtless when he was the 3rd quaterback trump 15min of a 30min show. Dafuq?

Tebow being a success would have been one of the greatest things to happen to the league in quite a while. Now the Tebow saga dying is the best thing that can happen to the league.

You hear about him because many say he was the greatest QB of all time. Not every fan base can claim that and have a strong case in doing so. That coupled with the talent-less hacks we had under center since then will produce such talks. Now that we have Manning we can start to talk about the present of Bronco football. Before last season when the announcement was made that Manning was a Bronco I was the most excited I've been for Bronco football since the 90's. That's a big deal.

Tebow has a job offer from Gene Simmons. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/kiss-offers-tebow-deal-arena-125038240--nfl.html He can run out of the love gun formation.
