Apparently in some places it's possible...

Seems like an example of approaching a problem from the wrong direction
they're safer because there's less calls to 911?[Bang]

"Their landlords lose their rental license under the ordinance, which is designed to promote safe neighborhoods in the gritty suburb."

That is a$$ backwards; prob designed by a freakin retard liberal..... How does that even make any sense?

I see a multimillion dollar settlement coming from the city for the injuries sustained in the attack, along with a quiet change in policy.

How much do you want to bet the ex b/f will help her spend the settlement money when he gets out of the pokey?

I can understand being evicted for having several police calls about the tenants activity such as noise or behavior but this is wrong!

along the same lines, lots of multi-housing complexes where I work have crime free / nuisance clauses in the rental agreements. Too many calls for service primarily disturbances, drugs, etc...can get one evicted if the landlord wants to.
