Decided to put together one of the lowers I have. This is my first lower build. I have owned several ARs but have always bought them as built lowers or complete guns. So I lay out my work bench. Tools ready. Open up the DPMS LPK I bought recently and start the process. Per sugestion I put the trigger guard on first just in case i break the ear off. Success. I look down at the rest of my parts and notice something looks wrong. No trigger or hammer pins in the kit. [fail] I put the rest of the kit on but now I'm bummed. was so excited to build it now I am on hold until I can get 2 pins. Sunday ruined. Time for Dr Jameson.[Cry]

I've got extras. If you can't find any, PM me, and I'll send them to you.

No DD LPK? You're not operator enough. No let us pray, to our holy Chart above.

I have a set of pins too if needed or more convenient.

This is why I never start ANY work until I've laid out all of my parts and checked them against the charts below:

Also, here's a great video to help guide you through the build process (you can stop it and replay as much as you need):

I hate when that happens. I have a field repair kit I started to use for spares. Also fun to try your hand at polishing

Honestly, this is kind of a hassle, but it's really not that bad of news... I thought for sure you were going to say that you broke off one of the trigger guard ears!
