about damn time, I drive through there once in awhile and it is always a pain in the ass. One more state that I don't have to worry about.
So in 19 years we should have reciprocity with California, right?
Yep, maybe sooner. The problem is that we will match their laws.
I just wish we could get South Carolina, where all my extended family lives. Virginia would be nice too.
Definitely some other ones would be cool, like Nevada. Not getting my hopes up for California, though.
Washington state would be nice. Then I wouldn't have to get a Utah non-resident permit.

That is ridiculous considering there are no class or training requirements to carry in WA.
FWIW, I checked some pistolas and carried in WI for the first time this past weekend.
P.S. OP, I think this link is also relevant http://www.usacarry.com/concealed_carry_permit_reciprocity_maps.html

Not trying to go afield here, but if you want a back up permit, a non-resident AZ is real easy to get. They want a copy of your current permit, finger prints, a form filled out and some money. No training, LEO sign off, etc. I sent mine in last spring and had it back in 60 days.

Yes, my son and DIL live in WA and I want to be able to CW when I go there. As I understand it, I can only get a NR WA permit by applying in-person and then the eligibility seems sketchy so I'd rather just go the UT route.

AZ non-resident does not get WA.
