My buddy tells me that this place is hiring right now for anyone interested. http://www.transwest.com/ Just passing along incase anyone is looking for work.
Just an FYI...my ex wife works for them. They are hiring because they can't keep people due to the way they treat people.
There is a lot of family in Management there that get away with this poor treatment.
My ex used to come home crying on a regular basis.
Just thought I would share.

Sounds a lot like the place my wife just left (Hawkins Commercial). They have the "good 'ol boy" system there.

While I turn wrenches, I do it on lighter vehicles. When it comes to heavy trucks, I just drive the things.
We call it the scar anyone who comes from there has an attitude

It's a shame that employers have the option to treat employees like shit, with reckless abandon, and consistently get away with it.

It's one thing to for an employer to deal with all the stresses and everything else associated with running the business....... totally a different deal to put their foot on the neck of the very people getting the job done for them....and even worse when they throw in shitty attitude and disrespect into the mix.
I am very thankful that I don't have that mess going on. There are some rough spots, but it's mostly cool.
