Me and the dog with a .357 are headed down that way I will take lots of pics and post when we get back.

It's a 2 mile hike one way but it is fun and if I don't go instead of yotes killing and eating me it will be the dog.

I just hope we don't run into any man or dog eating yotes on our hike.

Pics to come when I get home.[Tooth]

Here is some lame ass pics of it with some music and the death scream when yotes eat you.

Interesting site Tim....

He had a few listed as "Ghost towns" that I personally wouldn't consider them as that..

Like Grover, I figure as long as You can get gas there, it ain't a ghost town.. Ask Me how I know..[Abused]

Ok I had a good time so let me explain that this ghost town is private property. Anybody is welcome to vist but the owners ask that all you do is vist. NO hunting, fishing, camping and of course defacing the property. However you can go a couple hundred yards up or down stream and your back in national forest.

Crossins was a gold mining camp it opened in the 1880's and closed in the 1940's. The only way in or out back in the day was the narrow gauge rail road. Google it if you wish for more info and of course pics from back in the day.

Pickenup funny you ask about metal detecting I joined a forum about six months ago and have really thought about getting into it. I know who owns the property and could always ask. I know for a fact he will not allow hunting I already asked but who knows maybe metal detecting would be ok.

Here are the pics:

Good thing I did not need too use the restroom.[ROFL1]

It appears that the first pic is of a Liberal/Democrat Outhouse. Notice how (when you're sitting in it) it leans to the left?
