I was wrenching on a car and somehow tore the sack around my elbow. If you look right in the crook of the elbow that is a bone sliver that the doc says was pulled free with I tore the sack around the joint. Got a steroid shot (not the good kind for the gym damn it) and hopefully no MRI or surgery. When I use that arm it feels like my elbow starts to tighten up till it pops and I get shooting pain from my elbow all the way to the wrist and shoulder. Then I am ok till it starts to tighten up again. Sadly it is the right elbow, and I am right handed. It popped three times in less then an hour putting an alternator in this afternoon.
I couldn't click on this thread fast enough!
In fact, any faster and I probably would have torn my sack as well.

If it helps with your disappointment if you look at the pic it sorta looks like a girl gargling some balls... My elbow should be in porn...

When I had an addition put on my house, one of the electricians was limping around one day. I asked him what's up and he told me he was doing work on his own house and a nail came out of his nail gun, hit a knot and ricocheted into his sack and thigh - his man sack. Luckily it missed any crucial organs, but it f-ed him up a bit.

That's so gross, but I see it.
Second site member to get an elbow injury in 2 days.
Do your best to let it heal. Elbow, knee & ankle injuries are the worst for healing & take forever.

Looks like you're a little lacking in the calcium department.

Nope, it was a BMW 135i that screwed this elbow. Been hurting since I finished that job. Has something to do with reaching through a subframe to push down on something by using your forearm as a fulcrum. Joints don't like that.

I thought this was going to be a testimonial for "Si's Gonad Emporium"!
American made vehicles don't cause injuries like that. well, except fords, you tear up your knees and hips having to push and pull them all the time.
That is going to suck to deal with. I hope you recover fast. I personally suggest modifying your diet to add more stuff into it for healing. Things like Oxtail Stew have tons of joint nutritional stuff and it tastes good too. Its not a cure all by any means, but it helps your body heal by giving it a good boost of micro nutrients from the joints of other animals.
