Saw on the news earlier that Magpul was using some of their trucks to help rescue folks from the flood. Was reported on when it was actually going on live, they actually showed it on 9news. I caught the tail end of it and they explained who Magpul was and that they held the mag event and all that stuff. Watched more news through the night and not a peep about it even though they talked about a company coming out to rescue people because their trucks were better for the job than what the national guard had to work with. Seems like they refuse to say the name "Magpul" now though.

Anyone else see this or have any more info on what is going on with this?

Good for Magpul, saving lives in a state that is forcing them to leave.

I heard something about unimogs being used. I assume Magpul has some of those.

Pretty awesome of them to do that. Amazing how retarded this state is over some plastic feeding devices.

On the afternoon reports yesterday (4:30 9news), Kyle What's-his-name was reporting on scene, and referenced something like "seeing one of those big off-road type rigs with the oversized tires, and I was surprized to see a large Magpul logo on it.", or something to that effect. Went on about how it was bigger than anything the rescue or NG had on site. Said he talked to the driver, and the driver told him that if he was given the go-ahead, he was sure the vehicle would be able to navigate the water, muck and debris to get across and retrieve trapped home owners.Didn't see anything other follow up on that, just the local guy on his John Deere tractor, using his bucket to try to create a diversion berm so other HO's could drive out.

Didn't think a unimog was bigger than a 5 ton or cargo hemmet. I know the COARNG has them in the aviation unit at Buckley. Or they did in 2005 anyway.

My kingdom for some REAL reporting with actual facts of that event with video to post up on Facebook. That's the kind of stuff people need to see about Magpul who thinks they're a baby killing company. That's the reason though I know I won't because they didn't do it for the pub. Good job Magpul. A company I've been proud to support for what seems like forever now.

My first thoughts as well.

Just think of how much more benefit they could have potentially been to the community had the libtards not chased out a good portion of the company.

Another unintended consequence of their progressive agenda.

you mean dirtbags Morse and Giron aren't out helping but the company they helped run out of the state is? Would love some photos of that
