My sister in law was driving back to school at unc and got stuck between road blocks. She is in Frederick roughly near Colorado blvd and highway 22. Does anyone know a way out? She said the water is getting higher and she is freaking out. Any help would be great.

towards what looks like the mtns. 11 and she's west bound, 19 and she's heading east

If she's really jammed up the highest ground she can find

Good to know. Now see if they'll let her go out with them.

She is heading back home to Denver. The fire dept sent a group of people to highway 7 south. We are waiting to see if that goes through and see if we need to go pick her up. Again thanks everyone, I love this forum!
