I just discovered these. I shoot an AICS in my primary rifle, and was thinking this might be a way to get close on my trainer. Anyone ever tried one?

They had one had Whistling Pines on Monday if you want to see what it's like. Had a savage mounted in it.

Is it one of their rentals, or is it for sale?

Pretty easy with just a dremel and a small drill press.

I saw a thread about that a while back, might have been yours. From what I could see, the airsoft stock would cost almost as much as the Rhineland.

That may not be an issues, though. Rhineland is getting some bad reviews for taking peoples' money and not delivering the product.

You can find the stocks for $25 sometimes in the 'salvage' section of airsoft retailers... if you get the Wells one, I can show you exactly what I did.

The Wells have an aluminium tube chassis. I made a simple adapter plate for the rear stud and augured out a little AL for the front stud. I should take it apart and post up some pics...

I had bought the first stock for $75 but the last 2 I paid $75 for both, shipped. I wound up with a functional airsoft rifle out of all the parts I had between the 3... lol

Does this look like the right one?

Yes it does. If it isn't, I am pretty sure you/we can make it work. I am willing to help out.

I've got a couple of the airsoft rifles, and thought about dropping my Savage FV-SR into one of them. Might have to make it a priority.

Just ordered it. I'd love to see some pics of what you did.

I should have asked this before I ordered...does the cheekpiece adjust like a real AICS? LOP adjustable with spacers?

Yes the cheek piece is adjustable, I do not know about the LOP, we never moved it.

Doooooo iiiiiit!

Alright you talked me into it. Ordered a parts gun, no sense in cutting up one of my good ones, they work great on rabbits and squirrels in the yard.

Wow, my stock just showed up and it's completely different from two shoes has. Mine didn't come in as a folder, and the internal structure appears to have little in common with the one he has. I think it can still be done, but it's going to be more involved than I thought. Rats!

They have been around for a long time but the product line up and what they do/sell changes. They had this thing for 22's and before that made pistol caliber conversions for Fal's. I have thought about one of there PSL stocks.

Hey Tim I figured out why yours was different... You want the well g96 not the wellfire brand. I am going to be getting a mkii fv-sv soon and plan to drop it in

Rhineland's customer serviceis terrible. They put out kits that don't work and ignore you afterwards
