Keep hearing about this Go Cleanse on the way to work every day. Has anyone done this? Does it really work? How long do you need to plan to stay on the can?

You want a clean colon? Drink some of that stuff they give you prior to a colonoscopy. You'll eliminate stuff you haven't even consumed yet.

LMAO Sniper..
I've heard about some of these things from co-workers.....bitch is....I'm gonna be in on that kind of party pretty soon.
Not really looking forward to it though.
As far as I can tell it's system of protein shakes as well as personal coaching.. I'm sure it works for some people, but as any other diet as soon as people get off of it they probably gain everything back pretty quickly. Like anything, if you stick to it, it probably works to a point. If you look it up online you get pretty mixed reviews ranging from "it's a miracle" to "it's a scam"..

And if someone tells you to get your shit together-Good Luck [ROFL3]
After going through what I went through you should be real careful about putting crap into your body. Even though your liver is a pretty remarkable organ you can still eff it up pretty damn good. If you are really worried about whats in your system eat better and when you get old enough you will get a cleaning like no other.
For the OP plan on a good 12 hours of being real close I mean real close to the bathroom.

Two spoons of honey before you go to sleep.
Helps with allergies too.

Not at all. The joke for some of us is. The talk use to be about cams, performance and that hot waitress . Not it's about cancer and blood pressure medicine.
Your time is coming, you haven't realized it yet.
Ehhh, blow it out yer ass......
If only it were that easy.

Is there any evidence that this works. Sounds like some talk show BS, advocated by people with colon/butt fetishes.
Cabbage. Eat alot poop even more.

The clock spins much faster than most people think. The distance between "everyone tends to be older than me" to "everyone tends to be younger than me" is very very short.

Tons of truth right there. Go ahead and make fun of old people, I just turned 40 this year. Got up this morning and ran 3 miles before doing anything else. I wish I would've paid more attention to colon health when I was younger. Now I'm late to the party. Take yer fiber boys, you'll thank me later.

Back to the OP - "detoxifying" is what your liver and kidney were designed to do. $0.02 They eliminate "toxins" which is a concept most get incorrect.
Diets do work - don't overload with crap, and you won't overload with "toxins."
You certainly don't need cleansers, though. YMMV.

Cabbage is good..
go to the hippy store.. They have a colon cleanse pill system, tht is a natural laxative and some weird fiber they claim bonds to more that regular fiber....
you will have poops that will last long enough to get theough all of the new COAR15 posts for the day
FWIW, I didn't choose to do a juice fast for any sort of 'cleanse' benefits. I also don't listen to the radio because I can't stand commercials.

Whoever is the local rep for this product is obvously spending a lot on advertising money to be on the Fox so much.
I googled the product and what I saw is a bunch of websites with "Testimonials" about how the product works so dang good." Well guess what,,, these sites are owned or created by the owners of the product. Very common with this type of product. Very popular marketing strategy with dietary suplements and miracle cures. When you dig a little deeper looking at honest reviews or opinons, you find that the product is kind of a mystery. No real testimonials and some other scary facts. According to some nutritional sites and diet sites, the ingredients are not listed anywhere on the internet or on the product description. The say stay FAR away from the stuff because of this.

Start paying me, and I'll go on the radio daily to tell you the same. $0.02
So, back to the OP's original questions - "Has anyone done this? Does it really work?" Know anyone who's done it?
Since we're on the topic of "colon cleansing", here's a funny for you.
Years ago during my law enforcement tenure, I was babysitting an inmate at a local hospital. He was there because he admitting to swallowing a few balloons that had Heroin in them. So off to the hospital he went. So the doctors wanted to try and "expedite" the process and try and get those balloons passed before they broke. So they gave him a liter of this wonderful stuff called "Go Lightly". Now, honestly, they should call that stuff "Go Until You Shit Out Your Soul". Amazingly enough, this wasteoid managed to hold it in. So...the doctors gave him another liter of the magical fluid. Now, after about 15 minutes, I could start to see it in his eyes. He was having a hard time holding it in. Finally...the dam broke and here it came. To be honest, I felt bad for the poor soul who had to sift through that wretched foulness and try to find the balloons.

Golytely and MoviPrep.
I can honestly say there are lots of marginal products being sold today, in various categories, that don't work as advertised or are of poor quality. Not this stuff. It works. 100% works. If every product sold worked as advertised as well as these products you'd have nothing but happy consumers.

I'd just say take any claims of a "natural" product (herbal, nutritional, whatever) with a huge grain of salt. Or the whole shaker.
"Clinically proven" doesn't mean a thing.

Reminds of the guy kevin Trudeau who actually just made the news again the other day.
