SHeesh! BURN IT! Oh wait it is Boulder. When I was a kid my grandfather on his farm had a burn pit where old trash was taken and torched until it was nothing but ashes, then he buried it and dug a new hole next to it. Cant do that in the city, EPA would fine your ass.

I was watching some of the news on the clean up and the amount of sludge and crap people are shoveling our of their homes is incredible.

As a kid I would have loved to climb around that pile and see what was in it.

I was back in NYC after the hurricane and looks the same. Just wait, 2 weeks down the road with sunny skies and boulder will forget they have no Open Burn.
