Really, what is the problem with this? It's a requirement to give employees a letter stating what they might be eligible for, and how to find out. Are you guys opposed to the posters explaining minimum wage?

Sounds like a USPS bailout.

Considering they're only doing so terribly because of an outrageous law passed by Congress several years ago, I don't see the problem.

If you haven't noticed a pattern around here, many are opposed to the government telling them how to run their businesses and how to live their lives, I tend to agree...

The problem I have is as a small business how do I know about this? I would be 87% of business out there did not know this requirement. Not to mention it has to be in writing, has to be verifiable, so most e-mails wont work for it.

Stupid regulations aimed at making easy money off businesses hidden in the depths of obamacare that we had to pass to find out about.

I am actually. I despise minimum wage. It hurts the economy and does nothing but create inflatition.

Exactly. I had no clue about this. And since our company didn't get shit in the mail from those assclowns, I'm not going to do a thing about it.

Fortunately I'm my only employee - and I will just tell the wonderful IRS that I mailed myself something, received it, and lost it.

Found this disgusting; And they're off! Insurance markets open, but not quickly (http://www.nbcnews.com/health/theyre-insurance-markets-open-not-quickly-8C11306088)

Jewell was among thousands of Americans who were ready to try the new online marketplace. He doesn’t think it crashed under the weight of demand, however.“I was trying during the 7 am hour on the East Coast.

I can’t believe people were setting their alarms to get up for Obamacare,” Jewell said.

But some states suggested that is what did happen. “We logged 10,000 visitors in the last 3 hours,” Connecticut’s exchange administrators tweeted at @AccessHealthCT. “22 enrollments so far. Make sure your browser is updated if you are having problems!”

Some saw the website crashes as a sign of success. "This plan that the Radical GOP says is so bad is on the verge of crashing due to such high volume," said Mark Nelson of Kingman, Ariz., in a Facebook posting.
They created a forced demand and then take credit for something that clearly shows how inadequately the government is prepared.
