Anywhere else it was probably a joke. In Boulder ...
I call BS.. no way he'd give a ticket to something that could bring him donuts!

Imagine how he felt when there were no donuts on that blackhawk. He couldn't find a ticket book fast enough.
Surprised they didn't shoot it down and then pose with it...

It's either a joke or fabricated. Either way it's BS.
Just in case some people can't figure this out for themselves.. there is no cr or code number listed so this is not a 'real' ticket. What this is likely from is one of the officers on the scene that would have had to secure the roadway was likely joking around with the crew members/ other people on the scene and they jokingly made up a ticket for landing on the road. The helicopter crew probably has it posted on their board right now and are probably laughing about it themselves.
Is there anyone here that really thinks an officer seriously gave a flight crew a ticket? If so... really?

Anywhere but Boulder, of course it would obviously be a joke.
In Boulder, I've seen the cops do stupider things.

At least the W0-3 has the money to pay for the ticket. I feel bad for the E-4 LMTV driver that got the ticket for no proof of insurance or registration.

Here is the UH-60 in question. The Boulder County Deputy that wrote the ticket was flying with this crew. He wrote the ticket back at Boulder Airport. A guy I know who was flying on the C2 UH-60 in Boulder has the whole series of pictures. Seems everyone got a good kick out of it.

Some people here have no sense of humor. Luckily the cops do.
