Woman ALLEGES man sexually assualted her daughter. She does a Louisville slugger tune up on the guy, kills him. Neighbors say their kids never complained about him. The late guys wife says he was a loving husband etc, etc.

The catch / issue the wife and i have? NOT one person, including the widow comments, outside of him "Down on His Luck" why the dead husband has been sleeping in the alley [facepalm] NO ONE . Loving husband, sleeping in the alley, either way something is rotten in denmark.

Read that this morning. Torn between following the law and due process and thinking they guy got what he deserved.

Having sat through a trial as a jury member for a sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust I have seen how a 10yo caught in a lie can make life hell for someone.

He was "not guilty" by a mile but they made his life a living hell. Just saying.

I hope it wasn't one of those dangerous 30 swing bats and was limited to only 15 swings.

Having a couple of kids I dreed being faced with a decission to wait for due process based on hear say, if caught in the act I'd submit my own form of justice and deal with the consiquences after.

ROGER THAT. An accusation can kill you in the court of public opinion. Even worse, is when an educator "THINKS" something's wrong, based on (usually) her "INSTINCT" .
Between every other, brainwashed lunacy, [GUNS] , religion. We're screwed.

For her sake, I sure hope the guy was guilty. For the kid's sake, I hope he wasn't. Sad how many lives are ruined either way.

^^^ seen this happen

Then I had a neighbor that allegedly "used to be involved" with the MOB in Pueblo told me they rarely kill anyone anymore.. they've found it easier to just frame them for sexual offences, then they just WISH they were dead.

or Domestic violence- so easy, and they have all their firearms taken away (now even before they're found guilty) so they're no longer a threat.

Organized crime, politicians... it's a fine line.

I have no sympathy for abusers of women and children. If a person, gender does not matter, that participated in in any shape or form, and proven beyond a doubt with the forced rape of another person or child, those persons should be executed directly after conviction.
