Sure, you can have one, but to drive it on public streets you'll have to get a set (and a spare) of rubber treads from Isreal to be legal (the metal treads do nasty things to the roads). Don't forget to license and insure it - but I'm guessing you can forego the Comprehansive coverage!

Pish posh, You could just power slide that puppy through the streets with the steel treads and all. Similar to how Pierce Brosnan did on James Bond Goldeneye. Because we all know that gravel will hold up just fine. [Troops]
