Here's how I've heard it from an employee/daughter of the new owner...
The owner of Shootin' Den in Colorado Springs died mid-December leaving the store to the Manager (Barbara ___). Barbara has decided that she wants to retire and sell the store (I understand that she's looking for around $600K). If the store doesn't sell, they will liquidate all of the stock and then sell the facility.
Word is that they've been doing about $10k/day in business recently.
Sounds like a great opportunity but I can't pursue it. If anyone here buys it, keep me in mind for a nice discount!
