That's all they have been running on, since sequestration. It's 6 examiners and no contractors. Prior to that it was 12 - 6 & 6

How long will the delay have to get before it kills the industry? Doubt many will tie up money (with nothing to show) for a 5 year wait but what about 2, we're quickly approaching that.

With an average of 9 - 11 months, prior to shut down, what does that say about how many NFA items are being purchased. It runs approximately 90 days for FFL approval. Just saying.

I surely hope they are going to modernize the process if these new rules are implemented.

Nevermind that it already infringes, at what point does it become a big enough infingement to our 2A right that someone can challenge it and make some change? 2 years might as well be never.

Thank God I transferred that lower into my trust June 30. Still kicking myself for not sending in the Form 1 yet.
