An Ohio man who has been legally dead since 1994 will remain so in the eyes of the law after losing his complaint to overturn his death filing, according to authorities.
Donald Miller, 61, testified Monday that he disappeared in 1986 after losing his job, leaving behind a wife, two children and thousands of dollars of unpaid child support, according to James Hammer, the attorney for Miller’s ex-wife, Robin Miller. He was declared legally dead eight years later.

Does this mean he'll be voting Democrat?
More importantly does this mean he's exempt from Obamacare?

Dude, stay dead!

My Dad found out he was dead when he tried to get a official certified copy of his birth certificate. He was about 40 years old at the time. The birth certificate they had "BORN DEAD" written in big letters across it. One of the things that helped him get it corrected was that he had an original birth certificate that was given to his Mom when he was born. His Mom was still alive at the time also.

We were able to laugh about it latter.

Does that make him an honest-to-goodness Zombie ?

After all, he is legally one of "The Walking Dead".

So...they can't charge him with any crimes, then?

100 MPH everywhere I go, while drinking an open fifth. Screw you, Johnny Law! Dead men tell no tales and make no bail!

So without a Social Security number, and other paperwork, he will have a tough time getting a legit job.

But if he first goes to Mexico and illegally comes back to the US, the government will give him a SS number, and free healthcare.
He can pick his own new name and identity, as well.

With a name like Donald Miller I think he'll have trouble passing for Hispanic. :)

Nah, he's one of those "white Hispanics" NBC referred to after Trayvon chose the wrong guy to pound into the concrete.

Why wouldn't he have his original social?

The SS#, per se, wouldn't go away.
I would have concerns that when filling out a W-4, an application for a DL, income taxes, etc. that eventually "errors" would pop up indicating the SS# is "invalid".
I believe that part (I say part, not all) of the reason to have a death certificate is to log the deceased as invalid to vote, end their collecting of SS benefits, etc.
