Have too much on my mind, and needed something to do... Saw a picture on line and thought is was cool. So I made an attempt lol.

That's cool! I love pumpkin art, I've seen photos of some really creative stuff. I don't have the talent or the patience to try anything different than the old basic design. I'll add yours to my photo collection!

That is cool. I might have to steal that idea for an upcoming "pumpkin party" that I am invited to. Heck, it might even win me a prize if I do a good job on it.

I printed out a screenshot from the movie in black and white, high contrast. Used a small knife to cut out the silhouette, and a border. Used a flat head screwdriver to shave down the skin around the silhouette (took a couple hours, using smaller and smaller screwdrivers for detail).

The pin pricks in the silhouette are push pins I was using to hold the image to the pumpkin.

I carved a pumpkin for our daughter, with a cat on it. It was pretty creative for me, but between my wife and I, neither of us took a picture. I'm bummed as my pumpkins have greatly improved ever since I made that fetus one a few years ago.

Made this one at a "pumpkin carving party" last weekend. It looked better right after I did it but sitting outside on the porch all week hasn't been kind to it.
