Many do not like it but I thought Patriots was ok. There are some tips and tricks and a few times it made me a little uneasy but then when ya start reading something that mirrors a life experience that can happen.

Joe Nobody has some good stuff. Bruce Buckshot Hemmings work (if you ignore the chapter written by his "co-author" - whatever her name is) is also of interest.

I liked the series of "Going Home" & "Surviving Home" (and soon to be released, "Escaping Home") by Angery American (known as A. American).

Well since i logged on to suggest this one, i'm in the middle of reading. Some of it is a tad political, some. However since yellowstone is down the road a bit. I suggest reading .

Here's another one i pimp off when asked. Book 1
http://www.amazon.com/The-Survivors-Book-Life-After-ebook/dp/B0049B31FW/ref=sr_1_2?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1382152739&sr=1-2&keywords=life+after+war+the+survivors

Books 1-3 are only $4.25 There's a part in book 1 that spooked the shit out of me. I don't look at NoCo or the front range without Multiple exit plan's anymore.

A few I've read in the last few years that stand out:

In the theater of consciousness
Dynamic critical incident
The unthinkable
Origin of mind
Mastering of economic mechanics
Owners manual for the brain
Train to win
Kill or get killed
Atlas shrugged
Give us liberty
Agenda 21
Sniper elite
The overton window
Cowards
Lies the government told you
Conservative victory

Technical, training also but they vary based on writer and subject.
