I saw one the other day with that somebody had put a Magpul MOE handguard on. I like the looks of it. Yes I know its a range toy, it wouldn't be the first range toy I have liked. Does anyone have one of the pistols? Any features/flaws that I should be on the lookout for?
Thanks in advance for the feedback.

One of kel tecs that actually work. The folding rifle is fairly sought after as well as their pistol carbine. I want to say some said as far as rifle pistols go the PLR just works well for some reason. I'd say it'd make a decent cheap SBR project. I'd take one if I could find one at the right price. (Though gimme the 9mm carbine w/ glock mags)
They work decent. They also look good with Vltor's CASV rail system (although lots of mods are needed to complete).

Well, I no longer have one of those but I have/have had just about 1 of every type of Kel-Tec made at some point except the KSG. They are all extremely reliable. I frequently carry a PF9 and I rely on an SU-16 in the house when I'm home. If you like it, I say go for it.

Mind if I ask why you no longer have one?
I have a Sub2k in .40 that is a ton of fun and I would have bought it anyway, but I was a bit surprised at the ergonomics (or lack thereof) and how much earmuffs get in the way when trying to shoot it. It's not exactly comfortable with plugs, but at least you can align the sites more easily.
That's the kind of info I was hoping to glean.

Back when I had my store I kept one around to play with and demo. Never had any problems with it. Just sold it when I sold the store.
