I'm looking for a good rail to cover my suppressor. My can is exactly 1.5" in diameter. Any suggestions? Thanks all

Oly makes a FIRSH hand guard which is a free float tube that attaches to a barrel nut that has quad rails. ID is 1.625". It comes in 3 lengths. Stubby 3.625", Carbine 7.125" and Rifle 12.5" $110-168
They also make another version called a Predator with a smooth barrel in the middle and quad rails at the front and back. Same Inner Diameter.

Yup. My diamond series is ~1.75, and my buddy's YHM lightweight is the same diameter.

I originally planned on a 9" barrel with a YHM QD flash hider/suppressor mount and bought with the Spikes Tactical LW 10" BAR Rail AR-15 Handguard. In that configuration, the YHM Phantom LT would have fit well inside the handguard as it has a 1.8" ID. I actually got a good deal on a 10.5" barrel instead but I kept the Spikes 10" length hand guard as gives me a good long grip and still the locking ring for the QD mount just barely clears the front of the hand guard so I could work the release if I needed to. In reality, it would have only been inside the hand guard 1.5" so it isnt like it would have been THAT much shorter. I suppose an 8" barrel in the 10" handguard might be what you want. Very happy with how it worked out. Bottom line, the Spikes Tactical BAR will fit most suppressors completely within if you go with a much shorter barrel.
