Try JAX. I'll probably get flamed for suggesting them, but it might be worth a phone call.

Why not can it yourself?

A Canning setup is inexpensive, and can be used for a number of things.
It will pay for itself - as long as you have the spare time to use it.

Essential items - Pressure Canner, Dehydrator, Smoker.

Costco is selling bacon jerky. It's my new camping bacon. We used it on burgers, on egg sandwiches, and scrambled into omelets. Comes in a big pouch. It may suit your needs.

Ohh, one more thing, be careful not to burn it in the pan. It burns quickly, but also puts out enough bacon grease to cook with after.

I saw some at bowers and rapid fire bunker. Call them first.. I am not 100%.

I saw some of that canned Tactical Bacon at Cabela's, I think it was. But at $17.95 a can I'll pass. I prefer it hot and fresh anyway.

If you want precooked bacon you can get Oscar Meyer pre-cooked bacon at Walmart ... of course its not in a can (its vacuum packed in plastic and stuffed in a cardboard box). That said, I seem to remember reading a review of several pre-cooked bacon options and the CMMG Tactical Bacon is the best tasting.

Actually saw something called tactical bacon at Bass Pro today. It was in a can. Something like $18 per can.

I think that's where I saw it too. I said Cabela's, but I believe it was actually BPS.

I should have read your post before posting almost the exact same information.

Thanks for the info guys. Looks like I will have to hit up BPS or Bowers and get some.

Been watching videos and reading on canning bacon. Waiting for a sale and I'm planning on trying myself.
