Looked kind of fake to me. The ball bearing looked weird as it returned, and then what are the chances that the resulting injury is captured perfectly on the camera? If he ran away screaming obscenities, it would seem more realistic.

Also, would a ball bearing tear up your skin like that? Seems like it would just leave a big lump.

Saw that at work yesterday. I think it's real, man.

That dude has been putting up those videos for a while, and he's made some kinda cool stuff before. I remember some Oreo cookie launcher he made one time, and some other crazy stuff.
