is really starting to piss me off. About a year ago I went and bought a bunch of them. Figured out what size I needed (which was bigger then every other pants I own). And last weekend I went and picked up a few more. All my pants fit so I just grabbed the same size I already own. It has only been a year. Yesterday wore one and it was a bit tight, today I feel like I am a pair of clown pants.
Bah. 1st world problems caused by third world labor.

That's not what your girlfriend claims.

Blame it on American's infatuation with greasy food . Or shitty overseas child labor. Just can't get good help, when they'd rather beg on the streets.

The quality of their t-shirts has really dropped...socks, too. They discontinued the BEST SOCKS EVER KNOWN TO MANKIND for some reason. But, I found a stash at dungarees.net and ordered 30 pair. I'll never have to buy socks again. I feel like a rock star.

My pants don't get smaller on their own...I have a defective dryer. It shrinks clothing.

My belts are also getting smaller, this is ridiculous

I have no experience with their pants, but I freaking love their coats and vests. I'd be hard pressed to find better or more durable anywhere.

Well, when you figure out who she is, let me know because I haven't seen her yet. God I hope I picked up a good looking girlfriend...
In my last purchase of Carhartts, I found out that they have about 5 different "fits" to go with each size which is not marked on the sticker on the side of the pants, but on the tag. I can only fit in a 34x32 "Dungaree or Original Dungaree Fit". I won't fit in Traditional, Relaxed, Loose or Straight.
I used to buy the 2nd's from Sierra Trading Post. The last purchase came from non-irregulars from Intermountain Safety Shoes where I learned about the fits.
