Negative- that would be Chris Costa when he worked for Magpul Dynamics- it's in the tactical pistol DVD "extras/bloopers." It's actually really funny because when he lifts his shirt up he's saying "don't shoot!" Then draws. Seems like a legit defensive maneuver to catch your would-be assailant off guard... [LOL]
