Here's a snippet from the article:
WASHINGTON – After multiple top generals described to WND what they regard as a full-scale “purge” of the U.S. military by the Obama administration, the commander of U.S. Army Garrison Japan was summarily relieved of duty and his civilian deputy reassigned, pending a “misconduct” investigation.
Nine generals and flag officers have been relieved of duty under Obama just this year – widely viewed as an extraordinary number – and several sources put the total number of senior officers purged during the five years of the Obama administration as close to 200.
If they don't tow the obama line or do or say anything that might make the little jagoff look bad they are removed. narcissistic little prick he is....

Or an underlying reason the media refuses or is scared to disclose.

Feel better? [Flower]
I'm wondering if he's loading the command and control with people who won't have a problem killing Americans in this country.
^ We have a winner.
I believe he's concerned about a coup - The demise of most Marxist "leaders."

Obama would never try to force on the American people what they don't want!

What's your explanation of all these events?
What's your explanation of all these events?
Based on the Stripes link posted earlier, it sounds like General Harrison ignored a rape victim's claims. US soldiers don't have a great track record at the Japanese bases. Could be this Colonel was sweeping claims under the rug, or participating in negative behavior himself.
Commanders are relieved of duty all the time. Hell, last year it seemed like we didn't go a week without a Navy ship commander getting relieved of duty.

Those kind of things have gone on since the dawn of time. Today is no different, that is just a fact. How many of the reasons being given are true, and how many were made up? How do the current numbers of relieved commanders compare to previous administrations?

Yes you did.
I haven't read anything to that effect but I have studied just enough history about the Soviet Union and China to recognize some patterns. A totalitarian government is only as strong as the perception of its military and a favorite move for aspiring dictators is to fire/imprison/murder the military leadership that opposes them. We're not to the imprisonment/murdering part yet but give it time.

Wow, so much tinfoil in here.
While I don't really buy into their whole purging theory, the same label was also applied to the the same group about Obama care.
Hey, they turn out 100% correct

The reason this sounds like so much tinfoil to those of us inside the .mil is that the military has been getting beat up over sexual harassment, assault, and rape for the last few years. At this point, everyone, civilian and uniformed has had to sit through multiple training sessions so we know not to play "Grays Anatomy" with our co-workers. A two-star gets canned for allegedly ignoring a rape claim? Not surprising in the current environment. There are plenty of Inspectors General, JAG lawyers, and other flag officers looking to make a name for themselves, or sacrifice someone on the altar of political correctness to advance their careers.
There's still too many good leaders in the system to do the things tinfoil hatters fear.

Most, if not all, of the leaders deserved to be fired. This has nothing to do with Obama trying to purge the military, it has to do with their conduct and the standards that they violated. BTW - GEN Ham wasn't fired, it was a known FACT that he was leaving command for retirement. Prior to the Benghazi incident, we were speculating on who would take his place. The writer(s) of the article are trying to tie it to certain events when in fact the actions of the officers is what led to their firing. I actual agree with Ridge (which is highly frightening).

He most have a compliant military when he announces that he has found a "loophole in the law" & will be running for a 3rd term. I will now remove my tinfoil hat.
