I was kind of hoping for pictures of everyone involved. And where is she going to get that $120k? Did he divorce/leave her too?

OHH, just researched it more. I thought that picture was of their son (left) and daughter (right). I didn't realize that was the wife (pre-op) and the wife (post-op)! [LOL]

I had seen the story, but oof - not the before and after.
Prior to that, I thought she was sort of attractive and didn't get it. Until I read about the plastic surgery.

If I did a plastic surgery to look less ugly, I would be so embarrassed.
Some people thinks opposite. Those people (ones who does surgery for fun) think we are dirt poor to get a plastic surgery.
