Over 2 Months Ago And That 3.5 Million People, 300 High Ranking Military Officers , 9 States, And A Lot Of Other Defendants Were Demanding The Supreme Court Do Its Job And Uphold The Consitution ....the Crowd Went Silent.... Well it would be a great day if it does go down that way. As we all know he should have presented his birth certificate long before now. But no matter which way the chips fell, it would be great to see that the system of check and balance was at work and did in fact work.

Immediatly after the first question of BO's citizenship arose, this should have been put to bed as the Constitution requires our President be a U.S. citizen. If it could be swept under the rug long enough for him to get elected and take office, how on earth can anyone believe that it will change. I honestly believe that even if the Justices see clear and compelling evidence that BO is NOT a U.S. citizen we, the American public will never know for fear of the fallout of those findings.

Hmmm....Maybe I missed something, but it seems to me he is the president of the United States, and it sure would be easy for him to get a REAL birth certificate, even if he really wasn't born here. With all his power and money, it would be nothing at all. Hell, he could even pay off the right people and get the records faked in Hawaii. The mexicans do it all the time....

I do not believe that BO is a legitimate U.S. citizen - certainly not a by-birth citizen, BUT... As Tristan said, its a power thing. IF you could get the SCOTUS to hear the case (which they never will), it would be all too easy for BO the his puppeteers to fabricate a cert and cooperating records stating that he is a native born citizen.

I'm sure that there is more going on here than any of us realize. With BO already in office, the SCOTUS won't hear the case for fear of the repercussions of finding BO isn't legit.
