Guide (in person) for edible local wild plants?

My wife and I are looking for someone to show and teach us about the local edible and medicinal plants here in the denver and foothills areas. Looking at books can only go so far and we want some hands on training. That way we can take our own pictures and samples and make our own local notebook. Does not have to be free.

Know of anyone that can help? We are located in Littleton, CO
