Anyone else catch this? I watched the full 2 hours. It was basically a compilation of video blogs from several different folks who were in the midst of a nation-wide blackout due to a cyber-attack (fiction, of course).

It was "meh" for me, I guess. I figure most on here know what would happen if power goes out for an extended period.

It's funny, we had an ice storm back in NY when I was in high school and lost power for 7 days. I remember us all talking about how we lost power for "a whole week!" No riots broke out, but that was a localized event. Food, fuel, etc., could still be trucked in. Maybe Ztekniq or whatever his handle is (sorry) remembers that from Carmel. We had a blast with parties and shit. Just put the beer in the snow and cuddle with the chick-of-the-day. No power needed. [LOL]

I watched some of it last night, have it DVR'd.

Amazing how many people are shown as isiots and realistically so. I have no doubt that should a nation-wide catastrophe hit, the events depicted would be that bad or worse.

I can charge my phone indefinitely...little solar panels and power inverters are cheap these days.
