I need some 30mm rings for a .22. The pair I have are total junk. Are there any mid priced rings that are worth a try?

Sorry, I should have clarified. The will go on weaver/Picatinny bases.

The old ones are junk because they are so soft the screws strip and because the clamp to the rail is apparently made of aluminum foil. They were a Sunday afternoon emergency purchase, and I didn't spend nearly enough to get acceptable quality.

Burris rings are very good. I use Z and XTR when I need to use a 2 piece mount. Otherwise, on rails, I use one piece mounts most of the time.
