I'm taking my course this week and I have some questions on timing.
I am currently a resident in Adams County, but will be moving at the end of April when my lease is up. I'll be moving to either Montrose or Larimer County, or if I find work in the coming 5 weeks I'll be moving to... someplace.
Given the current length of application process, if I were to apply in Adams County this week; I wouldn't see it until the end of June...and who knows where I'll be by then. I don't really want to wait due to the political powers currently in office. On the other hand if I move to, lets say Montana, I probably wouldn't be making a trip back to pick up my permit in CO (and there for wasting $150).
So the question is, should I wait and hope that Obama doesn't do something stupid. Or, should I do it and hope I'm in the state for another 90 days?
