New record with 51 passing TD's in a season. And another game yet to play. Now if the defense can step it up a notch for the playoff run.

Brady is still playing for another quarter and a half, might take it away from Manning.

Brady better throw 30+ tds in the next game and a half if he wants to get his record back.

Huh?

My thought as well since he only has 23 this year......

Payton Also has 5 receivers with 10 TD's no other team has ever had more than 3

To be accurate, Moreno's TDs are nearly all rushing TDs

My bad, I misunderstood the graphic I saw. That is what I get for watching foot ball and fooling around here at the same time. [facepalm]

It's OK. CRS gets all of us sooner or later. And just in case CRS=Can't remember shit. [LOL][Flower]

You need to talk to the boss for more time off. [ROFL2]

I'm pretty sure we're looking at a first round bye but not necessarily a home game in the first game that we play in the playoffs because the Patriots won today. Right? So we need to beat the Raiders next week and the Patriots need to lose so we could play at home?

Denver is a game ahead of the patriots so all we need to do is beat the raiders to secure home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Hopefully this year it can all pay off. Manning is amazing. Hopefully he can get us another Lombardi trophy here.

Denver locked a bye, but not the number one seed. If Denver wins next week, or loses but New England also loses, Denver will be the #1 seed. Only if DEN loses and NE wins will DEN drop to the #2 seed, with NE then at #1.

If they lose the first game in the playoffs does that mean tebow is coming back?

God I hope so. Toothpick neck has nothing on Tebow.

Manning may have all the records, MVP honors and accolades but he'll never get back what Tebow has, his virginity.

Manning is averaging over 3 TD's per game. That's ridiculous.

sandman76
12-23-2013, 13:15
Good to know how that works, thanks. If Denver plays their normal game instead of the type game they played against the Chargers it should be a lock for #1 seed. Looking forward to seeing it set right after the nastiness of the Ravens game last year. Love the home playoff games.

Tebow has one playoff victory in Denver, Manning doesn't have one here.

Hahaha, as if that somehow negates the fact that he fails at playing the QB position.

Ok seriously? What's with the undeserved Tebow worship? If he was 1/2 the QB Manning was he'd be a starter on a major winning team right now... KC, Seattle, SF, anyone really. But where is Timmy these days? Definitely not on the road to the Super Bowl like his former team is... Just saying.

In other, bad, news, Von Miller has a torn ACL and is out for the rest of the year. :(

What in the heck is Tebow doing with Manning's virginity!?

If we play smart, no turn overs and minimize penalties (otherwise don't beat ourselves) Broncos will be tuff to beat. Looking forward to a better playoff season this year.

Awesome, we have some Denver Broncos on the forum!

Couple more records today. Four TD passes and didn't even play the second half. I'm looking forward to being at Mile High for the playoffs this year.

I never go to preseason games. Just take the hit and give em away. Wouldn't miss a playoff game though. This could be the year you break that jinx.

Selling my tix. Never go to playoff games. I'm bad luck. Have had season tix for years- when I go they lose! Loss last year cost me big bucks. Had tix sold for serious $$$ to an MD...and the Broncs lost.

I feel the same way, I have been to 2 playoff games and the Broncos lost both games. I'm just selling my tickets too.

I sit in section 134. Have had tix since 1996. I will go to the first game but will sell the AFC chanpionship if we win our first playoff game. Friends want to go upland hunting over that weekend. If they do not go then I will go to the game. Not supersticious here.

Apparently there's a chance that he may not have the single season yardage record. There was a 7 yard pass that might be ruled as a lateral rather than a forward pass.

none of this will matter unless they get a superbowl win this year.

This. I'm sure Peyton likes the records, but what he really wants is more rings.

He'll always have an '*' next to those records until he can complete the legacy and win more championships.

I'm thinking that his comeback and having to prove himself may end up being one of the best things to happen to him. He strikes me as responding differently in the clutch this year.
