Anybody have experience with Russian steel cased 22lr? I bought a whole bunch, 5,500 rounds. I don't know the brand yet, my nephew is bringing it to me tonight. Price was right and I am sure something I have will shoot it.

Shot a bunch of it a couple years ago. Had a few fail to eject and seemed to be a little "dirty". Otherwise no complaints for the price we paid.
Add-accuracy was nothing to brag about, plinking grade.

Semi auto rifles, Sav model 64 and a Ruger 10-22.
Ran fine in revolvers, bolt guns and single shot lever gun.

I can't remember the brand, but it came in a green box. Was issued a couple of thousand rounds by DOW for hunter education. Was so crappy, I tossed it back at them as I was picking out FTF rounds from our bolt guns about 1 in 20

$15 per 500.
Also got some Federal 525 bulk packs for $20 per.
As soon as I get it in hand I'll post up what brand it is.

It is Junior brand. I'll post up once I get a chance to shoot some.
