I am sure the victim's face doesn't look to good, but at least he is alive...

http://www.sfgate.com/default/article/SFPD-Teen-was-shot-dead-by-fellow-robber-5097201.php

"Police in San Francisco say a teen robbery suspect was accidentally killed by his alleged accomplice when a bullet from the latter's gun struck the former after ricocheting off their victim's face (http://www.sfgate.com/default/article/SFPD-Teen-was-shot-dead-by-fellow-robber-5097201.php).Authorities say 16-year-old Clifton Chatman was among a group of muggers who surrounded the unnamed victim on the night of December 14 and demanded his cellphone.
One of the robbers pulled out a handgun while the others went through the victim's belongings in search of other valuables.
Though the victim had complied with all his assailants' demands, the teen holding the gun shot him anyway (http://blogs.sfweekly.com/thesnitch/2013/12/clifton_chatman_suspect.php).
However, in a suprising twist of fate, the bullet fired at the man bounced off his face and reportedly struck Chatman, killing him on the spot.
The teens quickly dispersed, leaving both the victim and Chatman at the crime scene.
Officers arrived shortly thereafter and transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and released.
Chatman was pronounced dead at the scene."

The only way that could have had a better ending is the bullet bounced off a belt buckle or something and killed the POS with no injury to the innocent.
Karma's a b*tch.

Treated for injuries and released? Couldn't have been that bad. Thief was probably holding the gun gangsta style and the bullet just grazed the victim and struck the other thief standing behind the victim. I was not there, just a guess.

+1

Although now the victim can say he killed a man using only his face.

Would seem as this would be the only scenario. Can't imagine a projectile deflecting to such an extent off a persons face to strike another person that isn't behind the intended target. Either way, Boom Headshot you scumbag.

Rule #4.

Good idea shooting a victim when he's surrounded by your buddies. Yeah, what a good plan.

Good thing it is illegal for a teen to posess a handgun, that is a good law that would have prevented something like this.... errr.... nvm.

Nope, it is solely the fault of the NRA and rich WASP's, because they are nothing more than republican warmongering racists that abuse women, puppies, school teachers, drive SUV's and want to force their bankrupt constitutional views on everyone. There, I said it.

How much of a badass do you have to be before you are tough enough for bullets to bounce off your face.

Anyone remember this one: http://metro.co.uk/2008/10/01/man-catches-bullet-in-teeth-spits-it-out-shooter-flees-552661/

The drama occurred after Stipe and Mirna Cavlovic, both 37, got caught up in a row between two men. One of the men fired at the couple but the bullet ricocheted off Mirna’s cheek and got stuck in Stipe’s false teeth. The surprised Stipe then spat out the hot bullet, terrifying his attacker, according to Telegraph.co.uk.
I thought I was dead for sure,” he told police. “I didn’t even see the bullet hit my wife. I just saw the flash of the gun’s barrel.
“The next thing I knew was something hit my false tooth and I spat out the hot lead. It hurt like hell but we’re both still alive.”
Police believe he survived because the bullet lost so much speed when it grazed Marla’s cheek. She was also uninjured.
The 58-year-old gunman was arrested.

When I first read this, the article said that the guy who fired the shot freaked out and ran away. While looking for this article, I found at least two more just like it.

This is exactly my thought. It never ceases to amaze me what people try to claim and sue people for! You got shot in the face! but I'm suing you because my baby's plan didn't work out!
